At Brighter Horizons Care & Support, we invest in our staff's development. The majority of our team members are supported through their NVQ Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications in Residential Childcare, with further opportunities to progress onto Level 5 for those who wish to advance their careers.

 

All new staff also complete mandatory entry-level training upon joining, ensuring they are fully equipped to provide high-quality care from day one.

Our experienced team brings knowledge from every level—many of our managers and directors have worked their way up from entry-level roles, allowing them to lead with understanding and empathy.
